Reported speech (PIXTON)

Hi there! In this ocassion we will be working with REPORTED SPEECH. The assignment for today is related to this, so please remember what we said in class about transforming sentences from direct to reported speech and how you have to be careful with the type of sentence you are dealing with.

Now imagine a dialogue between two or more people, just as the one I have created between Emily and Sue, and try to rewrite it into reported speech (as I have done in the last scene, where Sue is telling her friend the news about Emily). Don't forget all necessary changes in tense, word order, pronouns, time expressions and punctuation.

E.g.

"Do you understand the question now?" → She asked me if I understood the question then.

"I want to see this TV series" → He claimed he wanted to see that TV series.

"Don't tell anybody," she begged us → She begged us not to tell anybody.
